The real reasons Gen Z is drinking less alcohol
I always cringe when industry analysts talk about Gen Z. More often than not, the speaker is twice the age of the group they are analyzing and speak in sweeping generalities about how much the next generation cares about “health” and are driven by “values” and “premium experiences”.
Not only is this information pretty useless from a strategic perspective, I think it is mostly wrong. To correct the record and add some rigor & nuance to our debate about Gen Z, I just published the most important report I’ve written in years.
Budweiser-maker Anheuser-Busch to invest $300 million in US facilities
American subsidiary said on Monday it would invest $300 million in its manufacturing operations in the United States this year amid a push for local production under President Donald Trump. The St. Louis, Missouri-based Anheuser-Busch, which said it invested nearly $2 billion over the last five years in 100 facilities across the country, also announced plans to start a new facility in Columbus, Ohio.
