Hormozi’s [Instant money hack] Something you can do right now:
CC Processing. A lot of businesses pay credit card processing fees of 3-4%. But they don’t charge processing fees. If that’s you, consider doing so. If you make 20% margins, and add 4% fees, you increase your profit by 20% (24% vs 20%). It won’t affect your close rates, but it will affect your bottom line. Deploy and enjoy.

In Packaged Beverages, Imports Are Beer’s Best Friend, Expert Says
Imported beer is the saving grace of the beer category right now, Joe Sepka, co-founder of 3Tier Beverages, said at the Cold Vault Forum.
3Tier Beverages is a Chicago-based data management consultancy.
In first-quarter 2024, Sepka said, sales of off-premise beer, wine and spirits remained flat, at a dollar gain of 0.2% versus a year ago. Breaking it down, beer is down 1.2%, wine is down 0.3%, and spirits are up 3.8%.
The “BUZZ” Beats Taste For Beer & Coffee Lovers
In spite of growth in the non-alcoholic beer segment, American Craft Beer has long contended that the primary reason that people drink beer is for mood-enhancement… Researchers from the Northwestern University Feinberg’s School of Medicine in Chicago found that the taste preferences for bitter or sweet beverages aren’t based on variations in taste genes, but rather in genes that are involved with emotional responses according to NBC News.
Industry News…
Princeton W&S received an Industry “Team of the Year” Award
“Sales and Profits increasing”. They have a great staff, which contributes to this for sure…ALTHOUGH we do know that they started recouping their CC fees starting last year. Not a Coincidence that profits would go up without that “top 4” business expense.
Great job Princeton. CloudRetailer is proud of MN Muni’s… some of the best run stores in the state.

Building CC fees into your pricing is
BAD business practice!
HOW MUCH DID YOU LOSE LAST MONTH IN CC FEES BY NOT BEING ON DUAL PRICING? $3,000? $5,000? $10,000?
Building CC fees into your pricing is BAD business practice
Did you know that raising your prices just raises your fees as well?
Your price ALWAYS looks higher than a store that can highlight their Cash price.
With Dual Pricing, customers get an additional way to save EVERY day, not just on “Sr. Tuesday”, “Wine Wednesday”, etc… “Save w/ Cash 7 days a week”.
Competitors not doing Dual Pricing do not have pricing flexibility.
What would happen if you could…
- Lower the regular price of Tito’s by $1 a bottle, for example
- Avoid the next prices increases that the store down the street can’t
